Ring security and safety is our top priority. There's no need to worry about the state of your ring during the shipping process. We use FSC-certified recyclable paper packaging.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Policy

Connuit offers free domestic standard shipping (5-7 business days) on all orders. Currently, we ship only within the United States. Because all items are made to order, please allow at least 3 weeks once your order is placed to receive your ring. Once your order is shipped out, you will receive a tracking email with more information.

For your order's security, Connuit will only ship to work addresses or home addresses; we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please be aware that we cannot control shipping delays that happen due to inclement weather or carrier delays. Lastly, triple check the address as we are unable to reroute your order once it is placed due to insurance and security reasons.

2-Day Expedited Orders

Orders under $5000 are eligible for a $30 USD flat rate 2-Day Delivery option. Orders over $5000 have the 2-Day Delivery option free of charge.

Overnight Orders

Orders under $10000 are eligible for a $50 USD flat rate Overnight Delivery option. Orders over $10000 have the Overnight Delivery option free of charge.
