Return Policy
We want to make sure you're 100% satisfied with your purchase since each order is custom created once your place your order - that's how important each an every customer is. That's why we offer fully prepaid returns on all purchases within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, your item must be returned with all documentation in the original packaging. Jewelry must not be altered by a third-party jeweler or reset.
Return Process
1. Contact our customer service team at business@connuit.com to obtain a prepaid shipping label and an authorization code. At this time, FedEx prepaid return labels are only eligible within the United States. Upon receiving your authorization code, you have 7 business days to ship your return.
2. All items must be returned in their original condition, including the ring box and the IGI certificate. A $200 USD fee will be deducted from your return if either of these items are missing. While preparing your shipping box, please refrain from writing sensitive information regarding the package's contents for security purposes.
3. Using the original packaging from your order, place your Connuit box inside a FedEx Medium Priority Box. Write your authorization code on the prepaid label on the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest FedEx location. Connuit is not responsible for packages dropped off in FedEx Drop Boxes or FedEx locations without staff. We recommend obtaining a FedEx receipt to confirm that the item has been shipped.
Refund Process
When your return has been received, our Diamond Team will inspect the order to ensure that all parts are original and Connuit diamonds. Each diamond has hidden unique identifiers for security purposes and authentication purposes. After your order has been verified, Connuit will issue you a refund that may take up to 7 business days from day of receipt. Your refund will be processed back to the original form of payment method. Credit card refunds may take as much as one-monthly billing cycle to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your issuer. Remember to include your authorization code on your return as Connuit will not accept returns without an authorization code. If you did not include your authorization code, you will be charged a restocking fee of $200 USD.
Gift Cards
Connuit gift cards are non-refundable and non- transferable. They cannot be redeemed for a cash refund. However, they do not expire and any unused portions can be applied towards future purchases. Connuit is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards, so please do not share your unique code with anybody.
Resizing
We want your ring to fit just right on your finger, which is why we will work with you to resize your ring. Contact our customer service team to schedule a resizing as each situation is different. Please note that not all rings are available for resizing and may need to be fully returned and repurchased. Allow ample time during your ring search in case a ring does need to be resized as each love story is custom to us!
