Additionally, buying a lab grown diamond is a great way to still have a 100% real diamond without contributing to a harmful mining industry. Keep your ring just as clean as your love.

What are Lab Grown Diamonds?

Is there a better time to buy a diamond?
At Connuit, every day is a great day to buy a diamond. If you're looking for a specific diamond grade, send us a message and we'll try our best to make special for you - that's how in-tune with our inventory we are.
Do your diamonds come with certification?
All Connuit diamond rings come with an International Gemological Institute (IGI) certificate. It is the world's largest independent laboratory for testing and grading gemstones and fine jewelry.
Can I buy only the setting without the diamond?
At this time, we only offer fully finished rings as each order is so custom. However, if you truly are passionate about a diamond, please send an email to our customer service team and we'll see what we can do for you!
Can I engrave my ring?
Yes, you have the option to engrave your ring on the last step of your order. Please note that engraved rings may be returned for a refund, but the engraving fee is non-refundable.
How do I put a diamond on hold?
Contact our customer service team at business@connuit.com to discuss holding a specific diamond for you as you shop around. We want you to have options and appreciate you coming to Connuit!

Do you ship outside the US?
Currently, Connuit only ships within the United States of America.
How is my order packaged and shipped?
Your order is packaged into our FSC-certified, sustainable packaging by our expert team. It is then shipped with discreet packaging to your address.

Is it possible to receive my order during a special time to maintain the surprise?
Once we send your order off with the courier, we are unable to ensure the exact delivery time or date, but we will try our very best to work with the courier. Please contact our customer service team with special requests and we will see if we can accommodate your special day!
Is my order insured?
Yes, your order is insured when we ship it. If you require signature upon delivery, please send an email to business@connuit.com.
What is the return policy?

Do I pay return shipping costs?
Connuit covers all return shipping costs within the United States of America.
When should I expect to receive my return credit?
Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt and returned to the original form of payment method. Depending on your credit card company, your return may take up to a month to show up on your statement.
Can I track the status of my return order?
Yes, you can track the shipment of your order by the tracking number on your return label on the FedEx website. After we receive the order, you may contact our customer service team to follow up on your return status.
